For any service request, please call the following number 06/430075 or visit one of our offices to obtain an application form and inquire about the required documents. The customer service representative is pleased to assist you with your inquiries regarding the service request.
How do I subscribe to the water network?
Residential buildings/apartments
To obtain water service for the divider (residential or commercial), you can submit the required documents with the regular subscription application in person or through a legal agent through the department within whose investment scope the property to be supplied with water is located.
New buildings or developed properties
To obtain water service for a building under construction or renovation, you can submit the required documents and request a temporary subscription in person or through a legal agent through the department within whose investment scope the property to be supplied with water is located.
When submitting the application, the following documents must be attached:
– Ownership document, lease, investment or sale contract.
– Municipality or Mukhtar statement for properties that are not surveyed or that contain a building alliance.
– Provide space for the divider when necessary
– A copy of the ID
How do I transfer the subscription to my name?
If you benefit from the water in the subdivision that you own through a remaining subscription in the name of the previous owner or tenant, and you want to change the name, you can download the application to transfer the subscription from one name to another, fill it out, and submit it personally or through the legal agent to the department within whose investment scope the property falls.
How do I suspend my subscription?
If you wish not to benefit from the water service temporarily and for a period not exceeding five years, you can reduce your bill by the value of the water allowance by submitting a request to suspend the subscription (Tripoli) (districts) for the same period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
-If you want to buy a property or invest in it, please verify with the previous owner or his legal representative that the water subscription for this property is cleared by obtaining a clearance issued by the relevant water department.
– If you are the owner of the property and want to sell it or stop benefiting from the water, please fill out the appropriate application and attend in person or send a legal agent to the relevant water department to submit the cancellation request and follow it up properly.
-To unsubscribe, you can download the unsubscribe form, fill it out, and submit it personally to your department.
Note: The property owner remains responsible to the organization for the water bills incurred by the tenant, even if the lease agreement stipulates otherwise. Therefore, we recommend verifying annually that the tenant has fulfilled his duties in terms of paying water.
