The Community Engagement Program

The North Lebanon Water Establishment extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to UNICEF – WASH Team, and to all those who contributed to the preparation and organization of the Community Engagement – Basic Training Program. The Establishment would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Nabil Rizk and trainer Mr. Hicham Jaddoun for the valuable training content they provided throughout the program.

The Establishment also extends its thanks to all participants from water establishments, as well as partners from municipalities and the local community, for sharing their fruitful experiences and valuable expertise, hoping that this partnership and cooperation will continue in a manner that serves the public interest.

This program comes within the framework of supporting water establishments, municipalities, and local communities, and strengthening the capacities of their staff, thereby contributing to the development of essential sectors and the improvement of service delivery. This is achieved by enhancing cooperation and coordination between the Establishment, municipalities, and other supporting entities, and by fostering a culture of partnership and joint action in order to provide better services to subscribers and citizens across North Lebanon.

The North Lebanon Water Establishment reaffirms its commitment to continuing to work in a spirit of partnership and cooperation with municipalities and all relevant stakeholders. It also calls on citizens to cooperate with the Establishment and municipalities, as such cooperation has a direct impact on supporting efforts to develop and maintain water services, serving the public interest and benefiting everyone.
